New Version: How to install and start using your CompanyCam and Zoho CRM extension



1. Installing the extension.  After downloading or marketplace install you need to agree to the terms & conditions and data access.  Then click CONTINUE


2. Next screen select INSTALL FOR ALL USERS



3.  You should be redirected over to the settings area.  If not you can always find settings in the extension area. 



4. First generate your access token from CompanyCam.  Click the link: https://app.companycam.com/access_tokens and log into your CompanyCam account (required). 

5. Generate your token by selecting Zoho by DTM in the dropdown. 



5. Copy and paste your newly generated access token in the settings area of the extension in Zoho CRM.



6. You can also map your address fields (if any) in the deals module to CompanyCam address fields, since the extension will create a new project every time a new deal is created. 

6.a Disable deals attachments should be left unchecked.

7. You are done with the set up.  Every new deal will create a project in CompanyCam and every new image in CompanyCam will add the photo as an attachment to the deal in Zoho CRM.
