Known Issues - RingCentral New Extension

1. If the incoming message in the widget does not appear, it is due to the MOBILE field not being set up in the settings.  Watch it here:

2. In RC Account Manager module: super admin must be added to the profile of any user in order for the workflows to work.  





3. After a user re-authenticates their profile, the Account ID must be updated again in the user profile. 






3. If the leads or contacts modules are not using Phone Or Mobile fields, they need to be deleted from the settings area in the RC Account Manager module.  If they are not deleted the inbound message alerts will not work.
