How to integrate IP FONE with Zoho CRM Phonebridge

1. Goto Zoho CRM or Zoho One and find Phone Bridge.

2. Enable Go Integrator

4.a Might ask for a password: ipfone

4.b When it asks for license, you will need to get that from IP FONE

4.c When it asks you to login, it will be the users MY PBX login. They can reset their login here: https://mypbx.ipfone.com/system/login

5. Once installed start the software:

6. Select Zoho Phonebridge (Not Zoho CRM)

7. Use the users Zoho CRM login and hit authorize.

8. You are done.
