How to install the new 2022 Multi User RingCentral SMS Extension for Zoho CRM



  1. Click the extension link we sent you
  2. Install for all users
  3. Once the extension is finished installing, navigate over to your modules.  
  4. Search for RC Account Manager
  5. Click Add New Account
  6. Connect RingCentral Account
  7. Click edit, select your correct phone number and save
  8. Important to select phone numbers from both drop down - see pic below
