How to install the new 2022 Multi User RingCentral SMS Extension for Zoho CRM
- Click the extension link we sent you
- Install for all users
- Once the extension is finished installing, navigate over to your modules.
- Search for RC Account Manager
- Click Add New Account
- Connect RingCentral Account
- Click edit, select your correct phone number and save
- Important to select phone numbers from both drop down - see pic below
